1.  Old Port Festival
    Portland - June 10th from 11am - 5pm

•  Start with the parade and then enjoy multiple music stages, lots of food, arts & crafts, kids activities and a climbing wall.

2.  Blistered Fingers Family Bluegrass Music Festival 
     Litchfield - June 14th - 17th

• Bluegrass bands, off stage pickin' and camping!

3.  Portland Lobsterfest

     Portland - June 30th starting at 11am

• Gourmet lobster tasting bar, lobster eating contest and live music.  Can't beat Maine Lobsta'!

4.  Washburn-Norlands Strawberry Festival 
     Livermore - June 30th 10am - 4pm

• Mansion tours, crafts, music and strawberry shortcake...yum!

5. Hike Bradbury Mountain 
        Pownal  - Daily 9am - sunset

• 800+ acres to hike, bike or picnic.  Sounds like a great day trip!

6. Old Orchard Beach Parade and Annual Family Sand Castle Sculpture Contest 
     Old Orchard Beach - July 3rd - 4th starting at 10am

• Parade, music, line dancing and amazing sand castles.  Will you win the Sand Castle contest?

7.  Maine Bike Rally
     Biddeford - July 6th - 8th

• 30 different rides ranging from 5 miles to 100 miles...wow - 100 miles - that's a bike ride!

8.  Moxie Festival  
     Lisbon Falls - July 13th - 15th

• A concert in the park, Car show, 5K & fun run and all things MOXIE!

9.  Yarmouth Clam Festival
     Yarmouth - July 20th - 22nd

• Clams, arts and crafts, kayak races, Clams, diaper derby, muster competition and more Clams!

10. Run Emily's Run
     Auburn - July 22nd

• If you like hills, this is the 5K for you...if hills are not your thing, try either the YMCA Fit Fest (June 9th) or the L-A Bridge Run (August 26th).  All are great fun!

11. Topsham Fair
      Topsham - August 7th - 12th

• Sheep herding, pie eating contest, music, demolition derby, pig scramble and so, so much more!

12. Great Falls Balloon Festival
      Auburn - August 17th - 19th

• Hot air balloon launches & rides, food, music and arts and crafts...something for everyone!

13. MS Harborfest
      Portland - August 17th - 19th

• Lobster boat races, Regatta, Tugboat muster and Shoreside festival...all to the benefit of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. 

14. WCSH Sidewalk Art Festival
      Portland - August 25th

• See artists from Maine and all up and down the Eastern Seaboard!

Between the beaches, festivals, parks, hiking trails and races....

Maine offers so much in the summer.
